Our founder Emma Hodgkins takes on the Berlin marathon.
It's Emma’s third marathon, but she has not completed one for four years.
The training is hard and it takes months and months to get fit enough.
Sadly Emma lost a friend on the 11th of August so she is now running in memory of Nick Woodward. Emma is hoping to raise £2,000 to build a water tower in Nick’s memory so he will live on saving and changing lives in Africa.
Please support Emma as she takes on this challenge. Your donations will help to motivate her as she dedicates time and effort to get fit enough to get round the 26.2 miles.
