Clean Water

More than 750 million people worldwide don’t have access to clean water.
Water is collected from rivers, lakes, streams, puddles and in the dry season sometimes communities have no other choice but to dig for water.

Aswell as being dirty, this water can be contaminated with many water-borne diseases such as bilharzia (parasitic worms), cholera and dysentery.

These diseases can often be fatal, especially when there is no access to healthcare.
