Obomeng Fixing a Borehole

Emma visits a borehole project in Obomeng

This community is so large, with around 5,000 people living there.
With funds previously sent to Ghana we have been able to fix their only borehole.

Sadly it had not been working for one and a half years.
It needed a new cylinder, pipes, centraliser and bearings.

Using our local borehole engineer and your funds we were able to fix this borehole.
It cost the Trust £500 to complete this project.

Thanks to you we have been able to give this community clean, accessible water once again.

“I went to visit the borehole and was able to pump clean water from the ground. I feel so privileged to be a part of these projects and to see how with your support we really can make a difference, saving and change lives with the gift of clean water.”
